জিয়ারত আশুরা - ইমাম হোসাইন (আ.)
This Ziyarat is recited for Imam Hussain(as) on the day of Ashura & everyday. Highly Recommended for solutions to all major problems, if recited continiously for 40 days
জিয়ারতে আশুরা সাধারণত আশুরার দিনে এবং প্রতিদিন ইমাম হোসেন (আ.)-এর স্মরণে পঠিত হয়। জীবনের সকল জটিল সমস্যার সমাধানে টানা ৪০ দিন এর পাঠ অত্যন্ত ফলপ্রসূ।

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
পরম করুণাময়, অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে।
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبا عَبْدِاللّٰهِ
সালাম আপনার প্রতি, হে আবু আবদিল্লাহ (ইমাম হুসাইন)।
Peace be to you, O Abū 'Abdillāh
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ
সালাম আপনার প্রতি, হে আল্লাহর রাসূলের পুত্র।
Peace be to you, O son of the Apostle of Allah
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا خِيَرَةَ اللّٰهِ وَابْنَ خِيَرَتِهِ
সালাম আপনার প্রতি, হে আল্লাহর মনোনীত এবং তাঁর মনোনীত বান্দার পুত্র।
Peace be to you, O chosen one of Allah and son of His chosen one
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ أَمِيرِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ
সালাম আপনার প্রতি, হে মুমিনদের আমিরের পুত্র
Peace be to you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful
وَابْنَ سَيِّدِ الْوَصِيِّينَ
এবং ওসীদের (উত্তরাধিকারীদের) সর্দারের পুত্র।
and the chief of the Legatees
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ فاطِمَةَ
সালাম আপনার প্রতি, হে ফাতেমার পুত্র,
Peace be to you, O son of Fāṭimah
سَيِّدَةِ نِساءِ الْعالَمِينَ
যিনি বিশ্বজগতের নারীদের নেত্রী
the mistress of the world's womankind
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ثارَاللّٰهِ
আপনার উপর সালাম হে মহান (আল্লাহর পথে উৎসর্গকৃত) পবিত্র রক্ত।
Peace be to you, avenger of whose blood is Allah
وَابْنَ ثارِهِ
এবং (মহান আল্লাহর পথে উৎসর্গকৃত) পবিত্র রক্তের পুত্র।
Son of him avenger of whose blood is Allah
وَالْوِتْرَ الْمَوْتُورَ
যাঁর রক্তের প্রতিশোধ (পূর্ণাঙ্গরূপে) এখনো নেওয়া হয়নি।
and whose blood remains unavenged
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى الْأَرْواحِ الَّتِي حَلَّتْ بِفِنائِكَ
আপনার উপর এবং ঐসব পূন্যাত্মাদের প্রতি সালাম যারা আপনার সাথে আপনার সমাধিস্থলে সমাহিত হয়েছেন।
Peace be to you and to the spirits that descend in your courtyard
عَلَيْكُمْ مِنِّي جَمِيعاً سَلامُ اللّٰهِ أَبَداً مَا بَقِيتُ
আপনাদের উপর সালাম যতদিন আমি জীবিত আছি
Peace from Allah be to you all on my behalf as long as I live
وَبَقِيَ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهارُ
এবং যতদিন রাত-দিন বিদ্যমান থাকবে।
and day and night endure
يَا أَباعَبْدِاللّٰهِ
হে আবূ আবদিল্লাহ,
O Abū 'Abdillāh
لَقَدْ عَظُمَتِ الرَّزِيَّةُ
আপনার শাহাদাত ছিল এক মহা বিপর্যয়।
your martyrdom was a great calamity
وَجَلَّتْ وَعَظُمَتِ الْمُصِيبَةُ بِكَ عَلَيْنا
এটি আমাদের জন্য গভীর দুঃখের কারণ।
and the cause of great distress for us
وَعَلَىٰ جَمِيعِ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلامِ
এবং সমগ্র মুসলিম উম্মাহর জন্যও
and all followers of Islam
وَجَلَّتْ وَعَظُمَتْ مُصِيبَتُكَ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ
It was a tremendous calamity that befell the heavens
عَلَىٰ جَمِيعِ أَهْلِ السَّمَاوَاتِ
and which affected all the denizens of the heavens!
فَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ أُمَّةً أَسَّسَتْ أَسَاسَ الظُّلْمِ وَالْجَوْرِ
May Allah's curse be on those who instituted a regime of wrongdoing and injustice
عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ
against you, people of the Prophet's Family
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ أُمَّةً دَفَعَتْكُمْ عَنْ مَقامِكُمْ
May Allah's curse be on those who sidelined you from your rightful station
وَأَزالَتْكُمْ عَنْ مَراتِبِكُمُ الَّتِي رَتَّبَكُمُ اللّٰهُ فِيها
and withheld from you the status that Allah had assigned you
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ أُمَّةً قَتَلَتْكُمْ
May Allah’s curse be on those who slew you
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ الْمُمَهِّدِينَ لَهُمْ بِالتَّمْكِينِ مِنْ قِتالِكُمْ
and may His curse be on those who paved the way for them making it possible to wage war against you
بَرِئْتُ إِلَى اللّٰهِ وَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْهُمْ
before God and you, I repudiate them
وَ مِنْ أَشْياعِهِمْ وَأَتْباعِهِمْ وَأَوْلِيائِهِمْ
and their supporters, their followers and those who befriend them
يَا أَباعَبْدِاللّٰهِ
O Abū 'Abdillāh
إِنِّي سِلْمٌ لِمَنْ سالَمَكُمْ
I make peace with those who are at peace with you
وَحَرْبٌ لِمَنْ حارَبَكُمْ
and will make war against those who are at war with you
إِلىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيامَةِ
till the Day of Resurrection
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ آلَ زِيادٍ وَآلَ مَرْوانَ
May Allah's curse be on the clan of Ziyād and the clan of Marwān
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ قاطِبَةً
May Allah's curse be on the generality of the Umayyads
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ ابْنَ مَرْجانَةَ
May Allah's curse be on the son of Marjānah
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ عُمَرَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ
May Allah’s curse be on 'Umar ibn Sa'd
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ شِمْراً
May Allah's curse be on Shimr!
وَلَعَنَ اللّٰهُ أُمَّةً أَسْرَجَتْ
May Allah’s curse be on the lot who saddled
وَأَلْجَمَتْ
and harnessed their mounts
وَتَنَقَّبَتْ لِقِتالِكَ
and patrolled the land for the battle against you
بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي
dearer than my father and mother
لَقَدْ عَظُمَ مُصابِي بِكَ
your martyrdom has caused me great sorrow!
فَأَسْأَلُ اللّٰهَ الَّذِي أَكْرَمَ مَقامَكَ
I beseech Allah, who has honoured you with your station
وَأَكْرَمَنِي بِكَ، أَنْ يَرْزُقَنِي طَلَبَ ثارِكَ
and honoured me through you, to enable me to avenge your blood
مَعَ إِمامٍ مَنْصُورٍ
with the God-aided Imam
مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ
from the Family of Muḥammad, may Allah bless him and his Family
اللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي عِنْدَكَ وَجِيهاً بِالْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاٰمُ
O Allah, make me eminent with You through Ḥusayn, peace be to him
فِي الدُّنْيا وَالآخِرَةِ
in the world and the Hereafter
يَا أَباعَبْدِاللّٰهِ
O Abū 'Abdillāh
إِنِّي أَتَقَرَّبُ إِلَى اللّٰهِ
I seek nearness to Allah
وَ إِلىٰ رَسُولِهِ، وَ إِلىٰ أَمِيرِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ
His Apostle, the Commander of the Faithful
وَ إِلىٰ فاطِمَةَ، وَ إِلَى الْحَسَنِ، وَ إِلَيْكَ بِمُوَالاتِكَ
and Fāṭimah, al-Ḥasan and you, through my love for you
وَبِالْبَراءَةِ مِمَّنْ قَاتَلَكَ
and through my repudiation of those who fought against you
وَنَصَبَ لَكَ الْحَرْبَ
and waged war against you,
وَبِالْبَراءَةِ مِمَّنْ أَسَّسَ أَسَاسَ الظُّلْمِ وَالْجَوْرِ عَلَيْكُمْ
and my repudiation of those who instituted the regime of injustice and oppression against you.
وَأَبْرَأُ إِلَى اللّٰهِ وَإِلىٰ رَسُولِهِ
and I do repudiate, before Allah and His Apostle
مِمَّنْ أَسَّسَ أَساسَ ذٰلِكَ
and those who created the grounds for that
وَبَنىٰ عَلَيْهِ بُنْيانَهُ
and those who built upon it
وَجَرىٰ فِي ظُلْمِهِ وَجَوْرِهِ عَلَيْكُمْ
and made their policy injustice and wrong doing against you
وَعَلَىٰ أَشْياعِكُمْ
and your followers
بَرِئْتُ إِلَى اللّٰهِ
I repudiate them before Allah
وَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْهُمْ
and before you
وَأَتَقَرَّبُ إِلَى اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْكُمْ بِمُوالاتِكُمْ
and I seek nearness to Allah and you with my love for you
وَمُوالاةِ وَلِيِّكُمْ
and my love for your friends,
وَبِالْبَراءَةِ مِنْ أَعْدائِكُمْ
and through my repudiation of your enemies
وَالنَّاصِبِينَ لَكُمُ الْحَرْبَ
and those who waged war against you
وَبِالْبَراءَةِ مِنْ أَشْيَاعِهِمْ وَأَتْبَاعِهِمْ
as well as my repudiation of their supporters and followers!
إِنِّي سِلْمٌ لِمَنْ سالَمَكُمْ
I am at peace with those who are at peace with you
وَحَرْبٌ لِمَنْ حارَبَكُمْ
and at war with those who are at war with you.
وَ وَلِيٌّ لِمَنْ والاكُمْ
I befriend those who befriend you
وَعَدُوٌّ لِمَنْ عاداكُمْ
and am hostile to those who are hostile towards you
فَأَسْأَلُ اللّٰهَ الَّذِي أَكْرَمَنِي بِمَعْرِفَتِكُمْ
I beseech Allah, who has honoured me with my appreciation of you
وَمَعْرِفَةِ أَوْلِيَائِكُمْ
and your friends
وَرَزَقَنِي الْبَراءَةَ مِنْ أَعْدائِكُمْ
and has enabled me to repudiate your enemies
أَنْ يَجْعَلَنِي مَعَكُمْ
to include me in your fold
فِي الدُّنْيا وَالْآخِرَةِ
in the present life and the Hereafter
وَأَنْ يُثَبِّتَ لِي عِنْدَكُمْ قَدَمَ صِدْقٍ
and to grant me a steady and worthy standing with you
فِي الدُّنْيا وَالْآخِرَةِ
in this life and the Hereafter
وَأَسْأَلُهُ أَنْ يُبَلِّغَنِي الْمَقامَ الْمَحْمُودَ
and I beseech Him to enable me to reach the praiseworthy station
لَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ
you have with Allah
وَأَنْ يَرْزُقَنِي طَلَبَ ثارِي
and to enable me to avenge your blood
مَعَ إِمامٍ هُدىً ظَاهِرٍ نَاطِقٍ بِالْحَقِّ مِنْكُمْ
alongside the Imam of guidance from your Family, who is manifest and speaks in accordance with the truth
وَأَسْأَلُ اللّٰهَ بِحَقِّكُمْ
and I beseech Allah by your right
وَبِالشَّأْنِ الَّذِي لَكُمْ عِنْدَهُ
and your standing with Him
أَنْ يُعْطِيَنِي بِمُصابِي بِكُمْ
to grant me, by virtue of my sorrow for your sake
أَفْضَلَ مَا يُعْطِي مُصاباً بِمُصِيبَتِهِ
the best reward granted to anyone who has suffered a tragedy
مُصِيبَةً مَا أَعْظَمَها
which has been a great calamity
وَأَعْظَمَ رَزِيَّتَها فِي الْإِسْلامِ
and a tremendous loss that befall the world of Islam
وَفِي جَمِيعِ السَّماواتِ وَالْأَرْضِ
and affected all (the denizens of) the heavens and the earth
اللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِي مَقَامِي هٰذَا
O Allah, include me, while I stand here
مِمَّنْ تَنالُهُ مِنْكَ
among those who receive
صَلَواتٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ
Your blessings, mercy and forgiveness
اللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ مَحْيايَ مَحْيا
O Allah, grant me to live
مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
as Muḥammad and his Family lived
وَمَماتِي مَماتَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
and grant me to die like Muḥammad and the Family of Muḥammad!
اللّٰهُمَّ إِنَّ هٰذَا يَوْمٌ تَبَرَّكَتْ بِهِ بَنُو أُمَيَّةَ
O Allah, this was celebrated as an auspicious day by the clan of Umayyads
وَابْنُ آكِلَةِ الْأَكْبادِ
and the scion of her who ate the livers (of the martyrs)
اللَّعِينُ ابْنُ اللَّعِينِ
the accursed scion of the one cursed
عَلَىٰ لِسانِكَ وَ لِسانِ نَبِيِّكَ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ
by You and Your Prophet, may Allah bless him and his Family
فِي كُلِّ مَوْطِنٍ وَ مَوْقِفٍ
in every place and situation
وَقَفَ فِيهِ نَبِيُّكَ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ
Your Prophet, may Allah bless him and his Family, was present
اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَنْ أَباسُفْيانَ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ
O Allah, curse Abū Sufyān and Mu'āwiyah
وَيَزِيدَ بْنَ مُعَاوِيَةَ
and Yazīd son of Mu'āwiyah
عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْكَ اللَّعْنَةُ أَبَدَ الْآبِدِينَ
may Your curse be on them forever and ever
وَهٰذَا يَوْمٌ فَرِحَتْ بِهِ آلُ زِيادٍ
On this day the clan of Ziyād
وَآلُ مَرْوانَ
and the Marwānids
بِقَتْلِهِمُ الْحُسَيْنَ صَلَواتُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهِ
rejoiced for having slain Ḥusayn, may Allah bless him
اللّٰهُمَّ فَضاعِفْ عَلَيْهِمُ اللَّعْنَ مِنْكَ وَالْعَذابَ الْأَلِيمَ
O Allah, amplify Your curse on them and heighten their painful punishment
اللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَتَقَرَّبُ إِلَيْكَ فِي هٰذَا الْيَوْمِ
O Allah, I seek nearness to You on this day
وَفِي مَوْقِفِي هٰذَا
and in this place
وَأَيَّامِ حَيَاتِي
and throughout the days of my life
بِالْبَرَاءَةِ مِنْهُمْ
by repudiating them
وَاللَّعْنَةِ عَلَيْهِمْ
and cursing them
وَبِالْمُوَالاةِ لِنَبِيِّكَ
and by befriending Your Prophet
وَآلِ نَبِيِّكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلامُ
and his Family, may peace be to them
اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَنْ أَوَّلَ ظَالِمٍ ظَلَمَ حَقَّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O Allah, let Your curse be on the first tyrant who breached the rights of Muḥammad and the Family of Muḥammad
وَآخِرَ تَابِعٍ لَهُ عَلَىٰ ذٰلِكَ
and the last follower of that policy
اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَنِ الْعِصَابَةَ الَّتِي جاهَدَتِ الْحُسَيْنَ
O Allah, curse the league that fought al-Ḥussayn
وَشايَعَتْ وَبايَعَتْ وَتابَعَتْ عَلَىٰ قَتْلِهِ
and made alliances and pacts and agreed to kill him.
اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَنْهُمْ جَمِيعاً
O Allah, curse all of them
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبا عَبْدِاللّٰهِ
Peace be to you, O Abū 'Abdillāh
وَعَلَى الْأَرْواحِ الَّتِي حَلَّتْ بِفِنائِكَ
and to the spirits that have alighted in your courtyard
عَلَيْكَ مِنِّي سَلامُ اللّٰهِ أَبَداً مَا بَقِيتُ
Peace be to you from me so long as I live
وَبَقِيَ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهارُ
and so long as day and night endure
وَلَا جَعَلَهُ اللّٰهُ آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنِّي لِزِيارَتِكُمْ
May Allah not make this my last opportunity of your ziyārah.
السَّلامُ عَلَى الْحُسَيْنِ
Peace be to al-Ḥusayn,
وَعَلَىٰ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ
to 'Alī ibn al-Ḥusayn,
وَعَلَىٰ أَوْلادِ الْحُسَيْنِ
to the children of al-Ḥusayn
وَعَلَىٰ أَصْحابِ الْحُسَيْنِ
and the companions of al Ḥusayn
اللّٰهُمَّ خُصَّ أَنْتَ أَوَّلَ ظالِمٍ بِاللَّعْنِ مِنِّي
O Allah, single out for Your curse, on my behalf, the first tyrant
وَابْدَأْ بِهِ أَوَّلاً
starting with him
ثُمَّ الْعَن الثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ وَالرَّابِعَ
then the second one, then the third one and then the fourth
اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَنْ يَزِيدَ خامِساً وَالْعَنْ عُبَيْدَ اللّٰهِ بْنَ زِيادٍ وَابْنَ مَرْجانَةَ وَعُمَرَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ وَشِمْراً
O Allah, lay Your curse on Yazīd, the fifth one
وَآلَ أَبِي سُفْيانَ
and the clan of Abū Sufyān
وَآلَ زِيادٍ وَآلَ مَرْوَانَ
and the clans of Ziyād and Marwān
إِلىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
till the Day of Resurrection
اللّٰهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدَ الشَّاكِرِينَ لَكَ عَلَىٰ مُصَابِهِمْ
O Allah, to You belongs all praise and to You are due thanks of the grateful for their afflictions.
الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ عَلَىٰ عَظِيمِ رَزِيَّتِي
All praise belongs to Allah for this great calamity that has befallen me
اللّٰهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي شَفاعَةَ الْحُسَيْنِ
O Allah, grant me al-Ḥusayn's intercession
يَوْمَ الْوُرُودِ
on my entry at the scene of Retribution
وَثَبِّتْ لِي قَدَمَ صِدْقٍ
and grant me a steady and worthy standing
عِنْدَكَ مَعَ الْحُسَيْنِ
with You alongside al-Ḥusayn
وَأَصْحابِ الْحُسَيْنِ
and his companions
الَّذِينَ بَذَلُوا مُهَجَهُمْ دُونَ الْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِالسَّلام
who gave their lifeblood defending al-Ḥusayn, peace be to him
